Plein-Air Knowledge

This workshop is for anyone thinking about painting En Plein Air or outdoors painting. It is recommended that you take this class prior to taking Plein-air Tricks & Techniques.

I will begin the workshop with a brief review of Plein-Air equipment. We will review tripod/board systems versus easel/box systems and how to build your own as well as what systems on the market works best from my perspective. We will also discuss sun shading umbrella systems and what works and what is a hazard waiting to happen. I will share what I use when and why. I will also share everything I carry in my bag as well as clothing tips and other items you should have with you.

There is no supply list for this workshop. You may bring your gear for a review if you like, not required.
